Yes Ben Shapiro, I Can Give An Example Of Systemic Racism

ben shapiro

Conservative Commentator Ben Shapiro is fond of saying in his speeches, “Show me an example of a policy which is based on racism so we can identify it and fight it together”. There is a level of gamesmanship to asking the question. No one on the Right will challenge him and he has his answers down pat for anything the Left can throw at him.

Well Ben, Challenge accepted.

I can list a policy that was founded in racism, continues to be implemented largely along racial lines, and is embraced by a majority of the governmental policymakers in the country.

I am talking about Abortion/Planned Parenthood.

The founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger was an avowed believer in Eugenics. for those of you who are unfamiliar with the term.

eu·gen·ics
noun: the science of improving a human population by controlled breeding to increase the occurrence of desirable heritable characteristics. Developed largely by Francis Galton as a method of improving the human race, it fell into disfavor only after the perversion of its doctrines by the Nazis.

Planned Parenthood acknowledges as much on their website after explaining how much she was loved by Black Leaders that she was a staunch supporter and that she had spoken in front of the KuKlux Klan.

Let’s move on to the effects of planned parenthood and the legalized abortion movement they have so adamantly supported. Under the guise of a “Right To Choose” they ignore the targeting of black people with their clinics and policies.

The CDC reported that among the population, Black women make up less than 6% of the population and account for more than 35% of the abortions performed.

In 2015, the Life Issues Institute found that a full 79% of Planned Parenthood’s surgical abortion centers were located within a 2 mile radius of a black or hispanic community.

If you want to look at the impact Abortion has had on the minority community in general. Greater than 70% of black children are raised in single parent households. The effect of making abortion strictly a “women’s” issue has voided men of the responsibility to take care of their own children if the women decide to keep a child that was accidentally conceived. The Democratic Party has been steadfast in its support for higher levels of welfare benefits for single mothers, further incentivizing father’s to abandon their children absent the ability to pay for them.

While obviously, there are more policies affecting Urban communities which could be considered racism, the systematic murder of their children I think falls pretty high on the scale.

Ben, there is one thing I know I don’t have to ask of you. We are already fighting this one together.

*Clean Energy is also a policy that is racist in effect but probably not in planning. Things like Solar and wind are useless in cities and raise the cost of power for others, specifically non home owners and those in apartment buildings, a disproportionate number of which are minorities, but we can discuss that later.
