The opposition to George Soros’ Open Society Foundation (OSF) and its connections to political crisis unfolding in the EU are getting more numerous by the day. What began in Hungary last month with the passing of a strict Anti-NGO law has exploded in recent days.
Next, Hungarian Prime Minister and Soros’ Van Helsing, Viktor Orban, launched an anti-Soros’ campaign in Hungary. This covered both Orban’s public speeches and posters going up all around Hungary saying, “Let’s not allow George Soros to have the last laugh.” This prompted a response from the OSF complaining about a whiff of anti-Semitism.
Why is that? Because Soros is Jewish?
He’s been able to get away with this kind of Alinsky-like response for years to anyone opposing him because the leading defender of Jews, the State of Israel, has, until recently, been silent on Soros’ regime-change operations around Europe and Israel.
“In no way was the statement [by the ambassador] meant to delegitimize criticism of George Soros, who continuously undermines Israel’s democratically elected governments,” said Foreign Ministry spokesman Emmanuel Nachshon, adding that Soros funded organizations “that defame the Jewish state and seek to deny it the right to defend itself.”
As Halsey pointed out to me in one of our recent foreign policy live chats, everyone in Israel knows about this but they weren’t willing to ‘go against the tribe’ as it were.
Well, it looks like the gloves are coming off, and not a moment too soon.
That changed when an Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesperson, unbidden, denounced Soros in connection to Hungary’s policy. Then I see this report that Israel may be moving to declare Soros an “Enemy of the State” by introducing a similar law to Hungary’s and Russia’s severely hampering groups like OSF and Human Rights Watch (HRW) to operate behind the scenes.
This bill’s introduction would be in conjunction with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Budapest this week.
So much of the onslaught that emanates from the media comes through collusion with these NGO’s to sway public opinion and undermine the sovereignty of nations that Soros and others like him disagree with.
And any push back against them is labeled ‘racist,’ ‘sexist,’ ‘homophobic,’ etc. It is simply done to play on a person’s sense of decency and shame to trigger them into defending themselves versus calling out the idiocy of such a rhetorical conceit.
It’s done all through our foreign policy discussions when it comes to enemies of the globalist push for a feudal world government. It doesn’t matter if it’s Russia and Putin, Syria and Assad, Hungary and Orban, or America and Donald Trump.
You have to remember that back in April Orban saw the writing on the wall that Hungary was next to be ‘color revolutionized’ over his opposition to Soros’ Central European University sparked a big protest in Budapest.
The goal is to stifle discussion and keep everyone pumped full of adrenaline and anxiety-ridden. Because at that point there is no possibility of rational discussion. It shrinks the debate down to “If you support X, then you are Y.”
And, look, policy keeps moving in their direction while everyone is arguing the wrong points.
But, things are changing. Israel came to Orban’s defense of by simply telling the truth about Soros. And at that point, no longer can he hide behind anti-Semitism and claim the moral high ground.
Because if the Jewish State is calling you out then that’s pretty much the end of that argument.
For this purveyor of global butchery who openly admits to having a god-complex to claim the moral high ground from anyone not named Hillary Clinton is an act of hubris so disgusting dogs will want to roll in it.
The clincher for me, however, is this report from Zerohedge outlining just how deep the Soros tentacles are embedded in Italy. Italy is the the vanguard of Soros’ European invasion and the hammer his co-conspirator in Germany, Chancellor Angela Merkel, uses to beat her Eastern European opponents over the head with.
It paints a picture of a vast network of private agencies that have all aspects of the narrative covered, from press suppression to legislative lobbying to port access. And the main way to stop their proliferation is to force their finances out into the open.
The minute Russia did that Soros’ network in Russia collapsed. The same thing is happening in Hungary. Israel looks to be next. If Italy, through Soros’ agents, try to push 200,000 refugees into Europe through issuing temporary visas it will ratchet up the tensions within Europe even further.
Trump’s backing the Visigrad Four at the Three Seas Summit recently and Israel coming to Orban’s defense means that the battle lines are hardening. We should be looking to Eastern Europe’s defenders of national sovereignty as the proximate cause for EU political strife and not the debt-ridden, zombie-states of western Europe.
They are still wedded to wealth redistribution and a failed Leftist ideology that still thinks it has enough of other people’s money to spend.
